Due to flight delay my reservation was cancelled cause my reservation was to pay at the property,
Got short notice 2 hours before cancellation, tried hard to pay while at the airport but no body wanted to help me keep my reservation, contacted Expedia for help but no body helped me at all, Expedia customer service person I spoke with hanged The phone on me, arrived Istanbul at 1 in the morning and headed to the hotel looking to find a room to spend the night, my negotiation with staff ended up either to sleep on the street while cold and rainy for two senior above 70.
Any way the staff called a hotel and found a room for me for double price usually charge, had to agree in order not to stay at the street, the hotel I moved in manipulated mea gain by assigning a terrible room, with terrible behavior from the hotel staff.anyway I would say that Expedia treated me very bad rather than helping me(shame on Expedia person I called for help.
Shame on Ramada staff for not helping me and looks like all was planned between the two hotels.
