On my stay in upsuites, i book a room gor one night, since i wasno sure about the hotel I reserved at last minute… i woke up on a soaking bed due to water leakage from the ceiling, i called the staff and they acted as if it is normal, osman who said he is the manager “ i dont any manager can be this dirty in his way of answering “ was very rude, and said that it is not his fault and it is due to the rain, i have photos of the room conditions and the stray dogs in the street around it!!!
Note: before the shouting on me which I believe is recorded on the security camsi gave them a small chocolate that a friend was coming to collect , so as a punishment he gave it back to me and asked me to leave the hotel… very unprofessional and ruined my day as i was unable to sleep in the room, expdia reviwer: do you pay fir a room to sleep in soaking bed! I have proofs if you are interested to follow up.
