Hyvää oli sijainti lähellä metroasemia. Huonoa aamupala. Pieni huone jossa 1 pieni ikkuna. Huone huonompi kuin varaussivuston kuva antoi olettaa.

Siisti hotelli, todella hyvä ilmastonti huoneessa, joka helteellä oli kyllä todella suuri plussa! Sijaitsee noin10 minuutin päässä lähimmältä metrolta, jolla pääsee suoraan Heathrowlle! Muutaman minuutin päässä kauppa (Sainsbury's). Luonnontieteellinen ja tiedemuseo noin vartin kävelymatkan päässä. Respa auki 24/7, mikä on aina plussaa. Ruokailua ei tullut kokeiltua, aamupala oli sen verran hintava, että syötiin muualla.

Everything was great. Staff is extremely courteous. Just wish the Air-conditioning in the room was digital thermostat based instead of just a hot or cold dial.

Nice hotel, very pleasant staff, room was big and airy.plenty of toiletries and towels and a big wardrobe and a safe. The area is quite and felt very safe with restaurants in walking distance Sainsbury’s supermarket just on main road ( very convenient)

The room was big enough for three of us. The staff is courteous. The beds are comfortable. Room is clean. They cleaned every day. Free water and cookies every day. The restaurant food was good

The hotel is situated in a quiet area 10 min slow walk from the subway station Earl's Court (which is a direct line to Piccadilly square and Heathrow). The lobby is nice, receptionist on our check in was very helpful, he escorted us to our room and explained all that is needed. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a tea set and buiscuits- replenished every day. What needs to be better - the carpet in our room was so stained that it is allmost not acceptable for such an establishment (claiming 4☆). I sincerely hope they are planning a carpet washing soon. The bathroom had a strange water regulation - there was no cold water coming out of the faucet. The shower draining water too slow so the water overflows the whole bathroom. Also the bathroom door was weighted to always close. I found this to be very unpractical. We went in the morning to the hotel restaurant, just for a coffee- unfortunately the restaurant staff does not know how to serve coffee - is served without sugar or teaspoons (even though we said w.just want cofee and occupied a table that was not set for breakfast).The chairs in the restaurant were covered in stains and the floor was sticky (on 2 different days). There are many breakfast possibilities on Earls Court, so i wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant for breakfast (dinner didnt seem as an option since it left poor impression for breakfast). So this bothered me somewhat because it definitely didn't represent a 4 star hotel.

The hotel has been nicely updated, considering it’s an old building. The room was comfortable considering London sizes. Cedric at the front desk was specially friendly and helpful. We went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. It’s less than 10 min walk to the underground station with service to two main lines, which is great to get to the main points of interest in the city.

For a four star hotel, the staff was at best 3 star. The room itself was 4 star quality though they did have AC issues which you can't fault anyone for a fluke. The lock system was changed on our room. Again understandable, maintenance and upgrades happen, however, the hotel staff should have been prepared to give customers their new keys. It took me 1/2 got to get my key and I was the only one in line. The good to my point about the staff being sub-par.

The facilities and the hotel itself looked very old, the sink and bathtub were all rusty, the same goes for the furniture too. The only plus point was the staff. Will I return? Highly unlikely as the hotel is accessible by anyone without a key card, so security is a concern for me.

After a few snafus during check in, everything else was excellent. Cedric was going above and beyond to help situate the issues and make them right. Everyone at reception desk provided the best service and answered any questions relating to food recommendations, directions etc. The hotel is very close to both the Earl's Court and Gloucester tube stations. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. I can also mention as a woman traveling solo, i felt the area was safe. Even at night when i would walk to local gorcery store Sainsburys. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, that it says 4 star is an absolute scam. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking this hotel and if you are reading this now turn around while you can. The whole time we were there the wifi didn’t work in the rooms and the TV didn’t work. Our outlets weren’t working in the room at first and when it was fixed the man who reset the circuit tried to blame me by saying I must have plugged in my own hair dryer(?) when I didn’t even have one. The room and bathroom smelled awful, the shower did not drain properly and would range from scalding hot to freezing with no warning. This hotel is in desperate need of repair and it’s honestly embarrassing that they are continuing to stay open. The lobby stinks like shisha and the smell drifts upstairs as well. In addition, the old facade is poorly insulated so everything is terribly loud, we barely slept, including having to listen to a member of the cleaning staff talk loudly on the phone for 20 minutes at 8 am. I’m not one to write reviews like this but I feel that it was absolutely necessary. I’ve stayed in hostels and dorm rooms nicer than here. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

It was centrally located, close to shops and restaurants within a good walking distance. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. The only thing that I did not like was there was no lotion or washcloth in the room. I did get a couple of lotions when I asked the Front Desk for it. I can understand though that you don't have lotions in the room as not everyone uses it.

Lovely clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Good location. Poor breakfast service with bad organisation, running out of food. Hot food and hot drinks were cold. Frequently needed to ring for service to ask for better provision. This 4* hotel deserves better restaurant service.

Too much noise
It was for my husbands big birthday It was clean comfortable but we were woken up on the first night by a lot of noise like a party from the (we found out the next morning) a shisha lounge, which was below us. Not much sleep at all that night. I complained and was promised that this would not happen again, unfortunately the next night it did and we decided to leave at midnight. I believe that we were not offered. Another room as there wasn’t one . We were only offered a 50%refund which I feel is unacceptable they however will not budge on this. I will never book another here again.

I found the staff helpful and courteous. The room room was clean and presentable during my stay. Access too and from the airport was very convenient.
