”Pleasantly surprised for the price we payed.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
Rooms clean and spacious.
Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room. These were available in the reception area at no extra cost.
I was able to park at the back of the hotel but parking is limited.
Will definitely stay here again and recommend
Cost of an uber was approx £6 to Newcastle town centre.”

”Location, 10 minutes from the airport was excellent. Although very close to the A1, the hotel is situated within green and leafy gardens. Our room, third floor looking over the car park, had countryside views and we could hear very little road noise even with the window open. ”First time we’ve stayed here , and being relatively local, visit Newcastle often. The hotel is classy and comfortable, with brilliant staff . A few minutes walk to the Glasshouse and located on the quayside with some great restaurants and bars nearby. Parking was easy with hotel reserved parking at the rear of the hotel. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice for overnighters in Newcastle.”

”We only stayed for one night. The contact to the Premier Inn before our arrival was very good. When we arrived the receptionist was welcoming and very friendly!!! Just a different receptionist on the following morning wasn't really friendly. Otherwise we had a good experience with this hotel.”
