”The room was nice and comfortable, especially the bed. The carpet had some dustier parts by the walls, which wasn't too nice to notice. There were plenty of elevators and I didn't have to wait for them for a long time ever. The location is convenient for arriving/ departing by public transportation.”

”The Public was an amazing experience! The only reason a put a 4 star instead of 5, is because there is a $105 mandatory charge before you can check in. It gives you access to the roof and wifi, but $100 is too much to charge! Other than that, the room was fantastic, every employee we interacted with was amazing. ”

”Hotellissa vain pikkuruinen eteisaula jossa hoidettiin kirjautumisen. Plussaa tulee siitä että saimme huoneen jo klo 11. Hotelli on jaettu kahteen osaan, meitä sijoitettiin hotellin osaan joka sijaitsi kadun toisella puolella. Todella ahtaat käytävät ja huoneet. Pimeät kuin bunkkerissa olisi ollut. Wc ovi piti nostaa ylös jotta sai kiinni. Paha haju huoneessa. Yövyttiin tällä matkalla 3 eti hotellissa Manhattanilla, tämä hotelli oli pahin pettymys.”

”This is our 4th time staying in POD51 over the space of about 10 years. Its a lovely, quiet hotel at a reasonable price. Its clean and in a convenient location. Times Square is aprox 25 minute walk or 15ish minute sub ride. 10/15 minute walk to the Rock. We've always stayed in the bunk pods with shared bathroom. 4 bathrooms per floor with a super handy light system in the room to tell you which ones are free. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are great. We will be back. ”

”We were in the hotel for a week. The house keeping service during the week days was terrific but on the week end days it was bad. We had to ask to have the room taken care of plus we had to ask for towels and then again for wash clothes. Front desk staff though were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They need to check out the weekend housekeeping staff!!! ”

”Clean and nice hotel. Cheap but good. We had own bathroom. Excellent location. No breakfast but many nice breakfast places nearby. Everything worked great. Check- in and door codes, all worked. Only minus was that there were no luggage room. But we found one very near. We loved this little lovely hotel and we can recommend it. We are also going to get back there.”
