”We love staying at the Gibson! Such a sweet place! I will note, I called the date of check in to confirm that everything was good to go for checking in that eveing and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. I’ve never experienced that with the Gibson, so it caught me off gaurd. That was the only negatice experience though, other than that it wad amazing as always!”

”The building and grounds were beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. Strangely there was no on site personnel. Check in/ out was all remote. Called for assistance and they were very helpful. Felt rather eerie that no one was there. It lost the cozy feeling. No breakfast just coffee in your room. Would have been nicer with some hospitality. ”

”The room needs updating. The toilet remains low like the old toilet seats. The door hanger for the towel is broken. It looks like someone hanged a heavy object and it’s loose. The sink drain is also broken, the levers to keep it close and open is broke. ”

”Old tvs, no room service unless scheduled the day before, property could be so nice with some inexpensive upgrades like a broom to sweep sand if housekeeping isnt daily, smart tvs for streaming during times like rain. Kitchen supplies were less than minimal and bathroom was not updated. This property could be wonderful with a little tlc. ”

”Really loved the 3 nights we stayed in Unit C. Check in and out was super easy. Parking right in front of the unit. In the past we have stayed at Gibson Inn and other hotels in the area. But now this will be our go to place. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy. Linens were good quality. We only made toast and coffee, but it seemed the kitchen was stocked well if you choose to cook. Coffee pods were furnished for the Keurig. The quiet little back porch was secluded, and we enjoyed coffee there...
