”Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless and comfortable even better than the description and pictures. We both had a blast going to the tulum ruins and having a light breakfast everyday by the ocean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Hands down one of my favorite trips ever thanks to Villa pescadores. ”

”Fantastische locatie, heerlijke en unieke plek. De kamers/hutjes zijn erg leuk en bijzonder. Wel is de kwaliteit niet altijd perfect en verwacht geen luxe hotelkamer, het is meer een hele luxe camping in dat opzicht. Maar het past daarentegen wel bij de ongedwongen sfeer van het hotel en de omgeving. Toch zou het fijn zijn als je iets meer preventief onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan bijv het onderhoud van de douche, veel kalkaanslag en lage waterdruk. Maar ook het dompelbad van de kamer zaten...

”In general a good and comfortable stay, but for this price I would expect excellence. I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. Many less pricey hotels offer water bottles for guests but not here, only in the lobby to drink there. Breakfast was included but it was kind of lean so I was always still hungry and I had to buy more food,...

”Located in the jungle.....with zero amenities other than overpriced food and drinks.....this hotel appears to be a bank repo run by Wyndham. Much about the site is unfinished...including the road leading up to the resort. As well....many rooms have no doorknobs...beds...or tvs. None of the rooms except the kitchenettes had a refrigerator....the sewer line to the main overflowed daily onto the road .....we had a water break that lead to several of us moving from one side to the other. ”Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

”Our room was clean and location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast wasn't good and Wifi was very slow. One day we didn't have electricity and water for about 4 hours and they said that it concerns the whole city, even it wasn't (in our friends hotel it was working). It was not worth of the money we paid for this hotel. Also it would had been nice, if the hotel had mentioned about the loud noices of the building site next to our hotel. ”

”I loved this place! We had a spacious room with direct access to the pool and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also really good with quite a few options. You can borrow bikes for free and it is indeed the best way to explore Tulum. Cenotes, beaches and the Mayan ruins are only 15-20 min by bike. ”
