We enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac Signature. The staff was exceptional and truly made our visit special. Everything we asked for was arranged smoothly, from fast-track services at the airport to day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The room was clean and well equipped, and the rooftop sky bar offered beautiful views over the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Siisti huone. Hyvä sijainti. Erinomainen palvelu.

Loitava palvelu ja huolenpito. Tilasimme hotellin kautta kyydin ja meihin oltiin kokoajan yhteydessä jotta kaikki sujui hyvin. Erityisen hyvää ja henkilökohtaista palvelua! Aamiainen oli loistava . Huoneet hijsiset keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta! Vahva suositus!

We loved our stay at Delicacy Hotel! We grabbed onto a deal here, when we had to unexpectedly change hotels in Hoi An. The hotel is very new and sparkling clean. We loved the esthetics and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The staff went above and beyond for us, for which we were so grateful! When we left at 4:30AM to the airport, they even prepared a full breakfast to go for us to have in the car. We felt taken care of in Delicacy Hotel and if we ever come back to...

Erittäin mukava hotelli. Ystävällinen palvelua. Spa-palvelut laadukkaita.

Lovely hotel and room. Would absolutely recommend! Only issue was that the staff was constantly requesting feedback (6 times withing one night stay) and it got disturbing. Also, I paid for the breakfast but that was not visible for the hotel - likely the issue is with hotels.com
