”The units are little casitas. They are comfortable and I love the deck. It is about 5 miles out of Sedona and you don't have a view of red rocks, but it is clean, comfortable, and well priced. I expected it to not be real nice because it was less expensive than most one bedroom units, but I was pleasantly surprised. ”

”We love staying in the casita and have made it into a yearly tradition! It's clean and quiet in a country club neighborhood, and a quick drive to trailheads and restaurants/coffee. A big bonus is that the pool is just about a one minute walk away! Definitely a favorite spot.”

”The property was in a great location with easy access to food, gas, and other good stuff. However, unless we (all of us read the description) there was no mention of the bedrooms being on the second floor. Had we seen that, in advance, we would've had to select another option as one of the party had/has trouble with more than a couple of stairs. She was a trooper and made sure she only had to go down/up once a day. We would (and have already done so) recommend this facility with the caveat there...

”The place is beautiful and we loved our stay. We just did not anticipate the number of levels and stairways in and out of the unit. As seniors, we have knee and hip problems, so it was a challenge for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!”

”Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door.”

”Tucked into a remote area, but within walking distance of town. Enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the setting and the hot tub. Management fees were excessive, but mgmt. was responsive when we needed them.”

”Great set up, kitchen & living room w fireplace; master bedroom downstairs w a fireplace and nice bathroom and wrap around porch from bedroom and main space; nice bedroom w 2 bed upstairs, bath w tub and washer drier. Open the patio screen door and you can hear the creek nearby, which is fun to explore. Restaurant on premises w lobby that has vino, snacks and any items you may need. Great place to stay in Oak Creek Canyon.”

”This was our second stay at this rental. We absolutely love it as it has that relaxed cabin feel despite being a Condo. Also love the Aspen trees that you view as you sit in the back deck. We will be back for a third stay!”

”Great home base for our long weekend in Sedona. Short drive to hikes and the Sedona main drag. The grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops were within a block. We had cooler temps but enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We ran out of time to play pickleball but the condo overlooks the courts and did have equipment to play.”
