I would like to inform you that all rooms have rain shower, the pictures of the rooms including the pictures of the showers are available on the site of the agency, if you wish to have a specific typr of shower then please pay attention to the pictures. Furthermore, we never mention on the room amenities that the room has a refrigerator, again if you need this service from a hotel then you should booked elsewhere.To this end, we also never put any information that our brekafast contain any gluten-free products. You have in contacts with us several of times informing your estimated time of arrival and requesting for a restaurant recommendation in the neighbourhood, I do not see any note that you ever mentioned about "gluten-free". Please tell us if we have misunderstood you, but anyways it is not mentioned on the agency's site for gluten-free products on our breakfast / restaurant information.I am sorry for the inconvenience that you missed out all the infomation.We hoped you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Amsterdam.

Therefore, this area can be noisy at night as well. Our hotel has a typical continental breakfast (mushrooms, scrambled/boiled eggs, croissants, brown/white bread, beans, sausages, yoghurt, few types of cereals, ham, cheese, chicken, salami and unlimited coffee, juices, cake, baguette), so that every guest can find something suitable for them :)With kind regards,

For the people who dont like this kind of atmosphere we would advise to choose accommodation in remoted from city centre areas.
