"Hotelli oli viihtyisä ja aamupala oli todella hyvä! "

"Have stayed in the hotel several times in the past, it is getting more run-down every time and now this was definitely my last time. This time there was an overpowering smell of some cleaning substance throughout the hotel and the bath was leaking water along the floor into the room. Also, there were fire alarms lasting some 5-10 seconds (apparently due to some construction work) on two separate days between 5-7 am. Staff was friendly, but were not able to respond to the complaints in any way. Location is great!"

"The staff at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. The hotel was at a good location and room was small, but still very nice. The only downside was that the rooms were not very soundproof, but the hotel was a quiet one so it did not really affect our stay. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hyvä sijainti lähellä Canary Warf metro-asemaa. Tilava moderni ja siisti huone. Aamupala 37.kerroksen ravintolassa jäi mieleen. Kattobaari vaikutti olevan sen verran suosittu että sinne ei mahtunut illalla syömään ilman varausta. Kuntosali oli huono. Pari juoksumattoa ja käsipainoja 10kg asti. SPA osaston pukeutumistilat ja sauna hieman epäsiistejä."

"Ystävällinen palvelu Perusaamiainen ihan hyvä, mutta kasvikset puuttuivat Liikenteen melu vähän häiritsi Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde Huoneet siivottiin joka päivä ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin Hyvä sijainti Nopea sisäänkirjautuminen"
