”Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed.
The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

”Very special place w/ own private beach and peaceful athosphere. Not a luxury and definitely need some renovation all over. But our family lined very much, beach was awesome.
Manager Anna was very nice but other service could have been slightly more proactive. Fiid is not that great except sea food. Breakfast (continental means toasts) takes an hour due to kitchen...
We were able to change rooms when no hot water. Then family room was big enough and original. Sometimes is not credited...
