”Rowen is a lovely place very convenient location to stay for days out such as Conwy and Betws-y-coed etc only negative points were the lack of a local convenience store and the local pub did not open until 4pm on the Wednesday although this is the process of tenancy change so could change pretty soon the idea was taking my mum for days out then going to the pub for teatime which meant having to find somewhere else to go for dinner for the first couple of days parking is sometimes a problem but...

”We could'nt really recommend Clifton Villa more highly. The staff could not be more friendly & helpful, the place is immaculate, in room facilities, fridge, tea, coffee, microwave, in room eating area superb and loads more character than your average Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. ”

”Beautiful apartment, stunning views of the Great Orme from the bedroom. Delightfully furnished with a lot of thought put into every detail of this gorgeous space. The little reading spaces and the day bed on the landing were cleverly designed. Hosts were unobtrusive, but on hand if needed. A breakfast basket and milk were provided for our first day. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this charming and spacious apartment in the future.”

As someone who travels extensively, most of which in premium establishments - this was one of the most disappointing stays I have had (Room, Afternoon Tea & Spa) - The greeting was inappropriate, only ever acknowledging me, never my fiancée (as if she wasn't there) - The room was very very tired. I totally understand the constraints with the National Trust / listed building. However the room was very tired, extension...
