My stay at Sable at Navy Pier by Hilton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I checked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I stayed in a corner lakefront room that was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern. But the real highlight? The breathtaking views of Chicago’s skyline and Lake Michigan — truly unforgettable. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

”My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. ”Basic ok hotel. Be carefull with WiFi though. It can be free but if you are not carefull they will make you pay 13USD/day for it. The only way to avoid cost is to give your Marriot Bonvoy number at the reception. They do not even mention about the extra cost when you checkout so better check your bill carefully.”
”I loved it was so close to busy Chicago but in the quiet subarbs where it was nice and quiet and felt very safe.The rooms were excellent and well equipped and the kitchen was full of snacks to eat when you wanted and a great selection of drinks.
If I ever came to Chicago I would stay here again also the hosts were fantastic ”
”Exactly what I needed for my stint in Chicago - a clean bed, good shower and a safe place to leave my car. The only issue was check out - at 11, but my room card stopped working at 930. But I was allowed back in easy enough. Thank you!!”

”Huone oli vanhan oloinen, haju tunkkainen, kokolattiamatto vaikutti vanhalta ja siinä oli kaikenlaisia läikkiä. Huone muuten välttävä, mutta kaipaisi remonttia.
Pesuhuone oli remontoitu ja oli tosi siisti.
Hotellin käytävillä myös vanhanaikaisen näköiset kokolattiamatot. Kokonaisuutena välttävä hotelli, mutta en menisi uudelleen.
Hotellin nettisivuilla olevat kuvat antavat huomattavasti siistimmän kuvan hotellista kuin todellisuus, ne on joko photosopattu tai otettu monta vuotta sitten.

”Claridge house has a nice location in Chicago Gold Coast. Room was ok, no frills, Sushi restaurant downstairs was good. Things I did not like:
1. "amenities fee" $20 per day added to your quoted price.
2. Rooms were not cleaned daily "because of COVID".
3. At checkout I was told the receipt has been emailed to me. I never received it.”

Some quirks- toilet didn’t flush well and shower design was such that the bathroom got quite wet. Nevertheless I would definitely stay here again. ”
”Overall good value stay. Easy to commute to downtown, even by foot. A lot of nice places around to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was bit worn out and no sound insulation whatsoever. Single glass window to street made sure one can hear conversations from the street. Still clean and bang for the buck.”
