”I didn't give five stars for cleaning because there were some food stuffs like maybe dried rice around the elevator trash can area on the 21st floor that was there for 3 to 4 days. It was still there when I left. Everything else was excellent. The service was great. The person that checked me out I think his name is Rintendo was excellent. Also the fellow that checked me in was excellent as well. I don't remember his name but he has a hairband that pulls his hair back and he has an olive...

”Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. ”
