”Huge resort on the beach. Very clean nice room woth balcony to the pool area. Breakfast at beach grill restaurant was much calmer and cleaner than in the other restaurant. Service in the rum shack was polite, but we didnt get our drinks after 30min of waiting, even after we said about it, we still didnt get the drinks…
Overall nice big hotel, but more for families than for couples”

”Huone ja kaikki rakennukset olivat todella hienoja ja puusta veistetty. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Aamupala oli mahtava ja hotellin ravintolan ruoka hyvää. Altaat olivat huikeita ja vaikka resort on valtava, ruuhkaa ei ollut missään. Lyhyt matka lähiravintoloihin ja hierontaan. Myös hotellin spa ok, vähän hinnakas tosin. Tänne palaamme vielä!”

”Disclosure: we have experienced quite a list of hotels and could really get particular so I'll try to just cover actual facts and details. We stayed in a 2-Bedroom unit 1bath but really no shared living room and very little shared space a long narrow thin between the two rooms. Comments on the rooms and space. The bay window seatings are nice. The miniscule side tables are not. The lowered bed is still comfortable but the thin table was not. Does not have any place to hang anything in the...

”Really comfortable and reasonably priced ”four star” hotel not far away from Karon beach. Service and friendliness of staff was superb and overall this hotel was well equipped with a rooftop pool area, nice restaurant and massage service, too. Studio room was spacious and and air conditioning was working perfectly. I can recommend this place to anyone.”

”I stayed at Banyan Tree every time when I came to Phuket. My last time in Phuket was however 10 years ago.
I found the villa I stayed this time was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. However, it is a bit dated and needs some update. Staff were most helpful. The newly opened beach club was exceptional and excellent for evening relax drinking. I would stay in Banyan tree again for my next visit to Phuket. ”

”The photos of this property do not do it justice - it is so lovely! Our room, a family suite, was so spacious and immaculate as was the entire property and the staff was incredibly hospitable- any request we had was literally answered within minutes. It was clear they were intent on making us feel at home and we appreciated all the attention to detail and “touches” (for example the daily complimentary massage in the lobby) in making us comfortable. ”The Anantara Riverside is a very nice hotel with everything you can wish for a Bangkok city stay. The pool area is great, there is a nonstop boat shuttle that runs to the shopping malls and train station. The only thing I would hope to improve is the view we had from the "Riverside" room, but that is a minor thing. Overall a very nice experience 👍”
