”This hotel is supposed to be a 9,6/10. No way!! Starting from the letter that they give you when doing the check in: blaa blaa blaa… we don’t provide water bottles anymore because environmentally non-friendly thing etc. Okay. I do understand that. Such skin reactions I have only seen in another developing country of Sri Lanka. Poor hygiene of the hotel was known in near-by shops. Only good things were underground station and many historical sites near-by. ”
