”Okay 4 star hotel with average service. Problem with the staff is that many don’t speak English or understands it poorly. Also you need to tell them many times what you ordered because they forgot it if some reason. Clean and ok beach in general. A bit of prison feeling because of walls around the hotel(next hotel on the other side of the walls) You better ask them a quiet room or otherwise you will have noise until late evening. ”Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas.
