”This is the perfect place to stay when visiting SUNY Geneseo. Lovely room, charming overall vibe. Sit down breakfast from 8-10a, really well done. And the kicker: a superb brew pub right next door, mellow not rowdy. Really glad we stayed here and will be back!”

”I cannot recommend this B&B enough. The location is perfect - an easy walk to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Our host was friendly, welcoming, informative, kind, generous, and very helpful. The property is sparkling clean and spacious. So many thoughtful additions throughout to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying again! ”
