”My family and I stayed here for an early spring getaway with our dog. The property is very cute and perfect for a family. The pizza oven was a fun addition and made for a nice evening with delicious food. The hot tub is also very nice. The house is not far from access to several walks and hikes.”

”I’ve read some other comments about this being an older property. Honestly, any motel is going to be older. I found this motel to be in very good condition overall. My room was very clean and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the typical hotel items. The kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need, though I only stayed one night and did not cook. The back yard was full of several small decks, grills, and other items that would allow you to enjoy a summer evening...

”A great escape for those looking for a getaway from city life. A beautiful historic house with quirks and charms. The owner Laureen is very kind and personable and always delivers a delicious warm breakfast. ”

”The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!”
