”We camw for a tournament on Memorial Day Weekend. We were very happy with the place. It is not the newesr kf places, so it apears veey dated, but it covers the basic needs very well and then some! We like the seperate living area and the full kitchen table, since we like to get food snd eat smaller meals in the room to save money. ”The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. "
