”Book this property! My husband and I stayed at this property for weekend getaway. The location is ideal being a quick block away from the beach, boardwalk and several restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and the property was super clean and everything was fresh and seemed new. This 2nd floor condo had a keyless entry and has both interior stair and elevator access with enough space to store bikes inside or on the balcony if that’s your preference. ”This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

”I could move in here and live. This property was just like home-comfortable with everything we needed including sand toys!!! There was easy access to the beach and anything we needed was nearby. Be sure to visit the Dunes at Jockey Ridge. That was a highlight. And my grandson recommends Treasure Cove mini golf! We look forward to returning to this property in the future. ”We camw for a tournament on Memorial Day Weekend. We were very happy with the place. It is not the newesr kf places, so it apears veey dated, but it covers the basic needs very well and then some! We like the seperate living area and the full kitchen table, since we like to get food snd eat smaller meals in the room to save money. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
