”Really liked this place. Beautiful, great view, massage, service, food and drinks. Didn't know that they turn the AC off during the day but if you ask them, they can leave yours on. ”

”Had a great stay at Siente Tulum. Convenient location close to the national park and tulum ruins. The collectivo stops right outside the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were great and very friendly. Food was good, could use some more variety but overall worth it for the all inclusive. A couple of cons: our door didn’t shut/lock properly without slamming it shut (room 319). There was a water issue on one of the nights we stayed, but did resolve within about 30 mins. Then he refuse to serve products on menu stating items were not included on our package although we were served those items our other days. ”The staff and location were excellent. From the concierge, Jacqueline, and the rest of the staff the service was top-notch. The restaurant was excellent, and the deck had gorgeous view. I would recommend to anybody wanting to stay at a beautiful location.”
”Hotel is located in a walking distance from the Tulum main road.The room was small and dark, but clean. Good towels and bed linen, but there's a very unpleasant plastic sheet on the bed. Good shower with a proper water pressure - something to mention as we encountered also something opposite elsewehere!
There's a lovely roof top terrace with hammocks to enjoy sunsets and a joint kitchen.
People were very friendly and helpful. They rent bikes for the hotel guests what was very handy.”
”We had a very nice time at El Paraiso Hotel de Tulum. It was located on a beautiful beach – although be aware of the season, lots of seaweed. So I don’t know if it’s just in the summer or what, but there was a lot of it. But once you stepped over the seaweed, the water was really pretty. The service was great-they answered all my questions and were able to recommend a snorkeling and cenote tour. Bring your bug spray and your sunscreen you will need both. ”
