The concept is great and the house is located next to the natural reserve. The house comes with free parking and it's only 30 minutes drive to Amsterdam city center. Birds and ducks came to visit us every morning and they are very friendly. There is also a small beach that we can take the dog there to play in the morning when there's no one there. The dog also got a small welcome gift with a toy inside. The location and premise are beautiful and quiet. We have requested a house with fenced garden to let the dog go out. However part of the fence was missing so we had to use garden chairs to block the entrance. The lawn was not well maintained so there were a lot of bold patches. The garden furniture has no cushion so we did not use them at all. The house was not cleaned properly after the previous guests and the rooms especially the bedroom with the bathroom on the ground floor had very very strong moldy smell that we could not use. When we wanted to keep that door shut, the door knob was also broken and I almost cut my finger. The garbage from the previous guests was left at the doorstep when we checked in. The website says you will have full-automatic or nespresso coffee machine. We ended up with a very basic filter coffee machine without any filter paper. The oven was greasy and smelly. The check-in hour was too short. Even though on its website it says 4-6pm, we were asked to arrive before 4pm in order to get the keys. The reception closed at 4pm.

It is located in a nice surroundings, the houses are nice. But it wanst clean enough when we entered the house and internet doesnt work in some houses. If you need wifi connection dont come to stay here.

Not a place for outside the country travelers
This place is perfect for local get away with family. Towels are not provided and you fix your own bedding and remove them when you check out. You also have to clean the place and put away your garbage. This accommodation is not good if you traveling outside the country . Check in is 4 pm beyond and check out is 10 am. Due to my husband health we able to vacate the place around 11 am and I have to pay 35 euros extra plus 17 euros for the rent of the towels. Traveling from California to all over Europe this place is the only accommodation I was not comfortable .

Was great value for money, however quite difficult to find for taxis and a bit of a trek to the bus stop. There were no bathroom towels despite the site saying there were. Presumed the ones we had to rent were for the pool only- I was wrong. But not too much of an issue just an extra expense we weren’t fully expecting. Other than that it was great! Lovely views, staff were friendly and the place was great overall.

Egentlig et fint hus og godt placeret for at komme til Amsterdam (15 min i bil til metro Noord - 10 min i metro til centrum), men huset var helt utroligt støvet og fyldt med døde og levende edderkopper og andre insekter. Meget af det var tydeligvis gammelt. Vi påtalte det i receptionen, der lovede at sende rengøringspersonale - de kom aldrig. Vær obs på at man selv skal have håndklæder, håndsæbe, vistestykker etc med. Poolen ok. “Stranden” er 10 meter sand med totalt grumset vand og store, glatte sten. Samlet set var det bestemt ikke pengene værd, desværre.

We had a townhouse with lots of space with a great view of the water. Was a little tired and needed a deep clean. Things like dirty gout in showers and broken fly screens ...Well equipped.The park itself was full of weeds and felt a bit unloved....we played crazy golf through the weeds! The app was hopeless and gave little or no info...said the restaurant was open till 8 (on the app and website) and we went at 7.20 to be told there was no more service (restaurant empty) and we needed to book...waiting staff didnt really care...doesnt say this anywhere...Reception staff doing their best but lots of complaints about general state of the place and cleanliness every time I went to reception. One major thing they could do is include towels...its 6euros for goodness sake....just add it in to the price of the room! I heard at least 3 people complain about this and we were only there a couple of days!

My child did not like the fact that he could not find the connection for the internet. But everyone else could. We liked the accommodation. We enjoyed the beach and pool. It was very peaceful until more groups came in and partied all night long. We wish would have noticed the screen for the doors on the backyard before our last day there.

This place is a hidden gem. Our home ( Zuidermeer4)was clean, quiet and had an awesome view. Yes, you need to walk or drive to the bus stop. Walking 5 min. driving ca.2 min. But the bus will take you to Amsterdam in 18 min. Monnikendam in 4 min. Visit wonderful peninsular Marken and the ferry to famous Volendam. You can go swimming at the indoor pool. Rent bikes. Just enjoy the time here!!!! Bring food drinks and coffee beans or buy it at Albert Heijn. Everything else is there.

Recommend!
We really liked our stay at EuroParcs, and I recommend!. The house was big, and very new. It felt like they were still building and improving the resort, but in general all went well. We didn't have any problems that other reviewers had with cleanliness or flies (visited in April). It's best to have a car and be self sufficient in terms of food and supplies -e.g. take hand soap and towels are not provided (they are at an extra cost. You also need to make and strip the beds, which is a hassle, but ok, and sheets are provided. There are two electric car charging ports, and I could use them with an app. It's fairly quick to get into Amsterdam with a car, and Edam is nearby too.

Mooi ligging en niet ver van Amsterdam centrum. Het onthaal was eerder afstandelijk. De receptionist kon ons verblijf niet aanduiden op de kaart. Integendeel, hij wees een volledig verkeerde sectie aan. De klok stond nog op winteruur. De batterijen van de afstandsbediening waren leeg. Er was bij aankomst geen wifi, De afvalverwerking is abominabel. compostbakken klein en overvol, geen deftige afvalscheiding en slordige milieu straat, geen kapstokje in wc voor handdoek

Excellent place to have vacation
I can only recommend a holiday at Europarcs Poort van Amsterdam. The houses are great and the garden too. The pool and places for the kid are great too. Al staff where great and small problems was solved very quickly

La struttura è inserita in un buon contesto. Necessaria auto per spostarsi verso Amsterdam. Struttura non molto pulita. La prima notte non ci sono stati forniti lenzuola e asciugamani. Internet non ha mai funzionato, nonostante tutti i giorni facessimo presente il problema. Un pochino in più di attenzione non guasterebbe…

petite maison très bien équipé et endroit calme
superbe lieu et à 15 mn Amsterdam en voiture et pratique pour visiter les Pays Bas petite maison très belle et très bien agence. Notre maison pour 8 personnes dispose de 3 salle de bain et de 4 chambres très calme et reposant jeux pour enfants extérieur et un bon restaurant ( difficile de comprendre la carte uniquement en néerlandais) seul bemol les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas fournis

El complejo está muy bien,hay q tener coche para desplazarse. Si cumples las normas q ellos indican,tienes el reembolso de tu depósito a 10 días. Hay q saber q tienes q pagar las toallas y que la recepción ,sólo es hasta 4 de la tarde.. Lo cual debes de ponerte en contacto con ellos antes para q te dejen la llave . Nosotros recogimos todo. Lo único q al llegar no estaba limpio era el hornos microondas.. Pero realmente nos encantó estar alojados en este chalet.
