”Great location and very convenient to the Gatlinburg strip. Rooms are clean and comfortable Porch light on balcony stayed on and unable to turn off. Light bleed into room interrupted sleep. No breakfast included which would be nice. ”

”All the employees were friendly and helpful. With my hand full, the housekeeping manager unlocked my door for me. Now that is service and kindness. At our stay there wasn’t a very visible sign to let you know it was the hotel. Rooms, were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices to make everyone happy”

”We were quickly checked in by a very nice and helpful desk clerk. Our room was nice and clean and on the first floor which we requested. The breakfast had eggs, bacon biscuits, gravy and waffles along with fruit, yogurts and cereals. It was very tasty. The building is right across the street from the airport. It is close to many different restaurants. We will stay here again.”

”Close & walkable to attractions in Gatlinburg. Nice and friendly staff. Excellent in terms of value for money. Full breakfast really helped save money so we could enjoy the nearby attractions. The property seems to be in restoration and hopefully will improve. The grounds need some landscaping and we were disappointed to find the pool closed (especially my grandchild. All in all a good stay though. I appreciated the savings with the good rates. ”
