”We booked two standard rooms for four nights last week. The first room was ok despite that there was no view except a smoked window to the opposite wall. The other room was very dirty. Walls, floor and the carpet were in awful condition. I got a new room and that was like the other one but now clean. However in the same evening I noticed that the bath towel on the towel rail was bloody - meaning real blood on it. That was discusting! I got new towels and a promise to upgrade both of us next day....

However, I received a wheelchair friendly / accessible room for some reason so everything in the bathroom (sink, mirror etc.) were placed very very low. The room was surprisingly a bit worn out, despite the hotel is relatively new with a higher price point.”
