”We loved everything about Hotel Cucuve! The service is top notch. The beds and bedding so comfortable, slept great every night. The location is perfect, easily walkable to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the terrace that was available for us to use by Bahia Mar. We spent a lot of our downtime there. Loved that they had filtered water available for us to fill our water bottles, saved us a fortune in bottled water! The breakfast was good too, cooked to order eggs every day. ...

”Wonderful, clean, and incredibly cute! Jorge and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, juice, eggs and bread. We were honestly sad that we could only spend one night here. Would absolutely stay here again if we were to come back to Ollantaytambo!”

Outdated and overpriced hotel, can’t recommend
"This hotel is very overpriced for the quality of it. I had booked a room titled as ”Grand Premium” but it really was far from premium. A very basic room with outdated interior, really worn out bathroom, broken lamp in the room, a really noisy fridge and a loud airconditioning that hardly worked. The common facilities are nice, but the reception staff wasn’t very helpful and the room wasn’t cleaned well enough. Overall, I was very disappointed in this hotel as Melia normally has quality hotels (I’ve stayed in many), but this is not one of them. I wouldn’t stay here again, and it was definitely not worth the price of over 200 euros / 1000 reais per night."
