”Communication with the owners was clear and swift. The flat was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. ”No geral foi boa porque o espaço é muito bom, boas piscinas e limpas. Mas, o check-out foi além do horário estipulado porque o apartamento estava sujo e nem nosso carro pode entrar. Check-out com mais de 1 hora de atraso. O apartamento tem acesso por escada. O banheiro estava com cheiro forte e com baratas. ”O quesito que para mim tem que melhorar foi a questão da televisão: só havia streaming como opção. Não havia opção de canais abertos, poderia colocar colocar canais de televisão via internet. Outra questão não há filtro nos apartarmentos. A minha unidade ficava voltada para Rua e no 16º andar, e eu acordava ouvindo o barulho do trânsito. Uma melhora seria a acústica da unidade. Na minha opinião esse quesito iria melhorar muito a experiência do cliente. ”

Outdated and overpriced hotel, can’t recommend
"This hotel is very overpriced for the quality of it. I had booked a room titled as ”Grand Premium” but it really was far from premium. A very basic room with outdated interior, really worn out bathroom, broken lamp in the room, a really noisy fridge and a loud airconditioning that hardly worked. The common facilities are nice, but the reception staff wasn’t very helpful and the room wasn’t cleaned well enough. Overall, I was very disappointed in this hotel as Melia normally has quality hotels (I’ve stayed in many), but this is not one of them. I wouldn’t stay here again, and it was definitely not worth the price of over 200 euros / 1000 reais per night."
