First off, we were very happy that we decided to stay in Ollantay during our visit to Machu Piccu (rather than Agua Calientes) which is an incredible location in its own right, with beautiful old town, great restaurants, and fantastic archeologic sites. ”Nicole was absolutely amazing. Her customer service truly made my stay warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I stayed in a private junior room, and I’ll be honest: it was the tiniest room I’ve ever seen. Definitely not enough space for two people, so if you want comfort or space, this isn’t the spot for that. Also, the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, and my room was on the 6th thankfully Nicole helped me carry my bags upstairs, which I appreciated more than they know. What really...
