”Pools were lovely and staff were excellent. One small hiccup but easily resolved, used room towels taken away but not replaced, daily phone call to housekeeping soon had clean towels delivered.”

”There was nothing wrong with this property. But, there was nothing exceptional either. The grounds were bland, very small beach, OK pool area and honestly not much to do. We were disappointed.”

”We stayed a bit over a week in a room with garden view (and two night in overwater bungalow via ebookers). Bed was good in the room with a garden view but a lot worse in the overwater bungalow, there were also many pillows, and also there were shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, three different soaps, slipper, utility kit and rain ponchos! Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful place and outstanding views, also hooray for taking care of the coral. Only minus was the REALLY pricey...

”There was lots to do on and off the resort. The water was prestine. Lots of families with children were there. Riding there bikes and swimming. The view was amazing and the sea life i.e.turtles and fish right outside the overwater bunglows was so nice to see. I have waited many years to come to Bora Bora and the St. REGIS knocked out of the park. The mountain view was very beautiful but so were all the other views. We will be back for sure. ”Overall a great place and the atmosphere and service was fabulous! You can find quiet spots by the beach even if you’re in the ”family” side. The pool area was pretty crowded when it was sunny, so in order to get a sunbed you have to go there either early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The only minus comes from the fact that the rooms are not soundproof- you can’t hear the neighbours but you can definitely hear everything happening outside, constantly passing shuttles, people talking...

”Beautiful island and largely lovely staff. Rooms are dated. Fitness centre isn’t really a gym it’s a bunch of dumbbells. Main issue we had though is that there were cats roaming the main restaurant one evening, complained to staff to see if they could shoo them off and they just laughed at us. A few minutes later one jumped on our toddler and ruined our meal and left her very scared of the restaurant for rest of the trip.”
