”I was there two times. As a Gold VIP member from hotels.com I was supposed to have a free bottle of wine by the hotel. No bottle was given "as they had changed the rules". In my reservation it said that I was supposed to have one. They said it was hotels.com mistake, but still when I checked future reservations, the bottle was offered. I don't know whose fault it is, but I would NEVER stay in this hotel again because if 5-star hotel cannot solve customers' problem in a small case, how they solve...

”I booked the best room of the hotel. It was a big suite with two beds. They gave for us (me and my friend) two basic small room. I have booked our room to other group. I made a reclamation and we got little bit better room which was 55 USD cheeper. They offered one free dinner (18 USD). Be careful :(”

”PLEASE go elsewhere if you have the choice. Poor room service, the restaurant does not have a good decent menu. However, the people working at the hotel are kind and try their best with the limited tools and training they have been empowered with.There is no shuttle service attached to the hotel. You need to make personal arrangements or pay for a taxi.”
