”All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The spa area was very convenient and well maintained. We ate in the Pantry several times and the food was delicious. ”I stay in hotels a lot for work and this is by far one of my favourites. Usually I just expect a clean and functional room but I felt so cosy and at home, the interior was beautiful and there were so many lovely little touches. In terms of practicality the hotel is in a good central location, it was easy to get parked using the RingGo app outside. Check in was quick, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Will definitely prioritise this hotel for upcoming Bristol work...

”Beautiful manor house. The room was good, not to my taste in terms of design (everything brown, photos on the website were showing different designs) but all of good quality. My husband didn't find the pillows comfortable (too big) but it was fine for me. ”This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath.
