”Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.”

”We stayed in the family resort. I think our stay would've been better if our room was located in the main building by the lobby and restaurants. The distance to the lobby was the same as walking across the street in the blazing sun. Highly recommended to ask for a room in the main lobby building. Buffet was not good. Not a lot of variety. Didn't seem very food safe for most of the foods; sweaty cheeses, cold meat and fruit just sitting out and not on ice or anything. You're better off ordering...

”The hotel is amazing. The entire staff, during our stay, was attentive. Housekeeping was cleaning a room nearby and I asked him (Javier) to give us extra water bottles and we had plenty during our 5 night stay.
