”Secrets Maroma Beach was awesome. We stayed 6 nights....every meal was great, staff was great. Room was great. Seaweed is daily battle for the all the hotels in the area. SMB did a great job of keeping our beach clean. A lot of seaweed was pushed onto the beach one night during a storm. The next day was bad, but it was clean in 24 hours. Great all inclusive.”

”We enjoyed the hotel, beautiful grounds, pool, and rooms. The food was excellent, the bar was good, but not the best mixed drinks. The only thing that I know was only caused by nature, was the seaweed on the beach which kept us from going there. Just the wrong time of the year. Taxis are very expensive”

”This resort is very modern, spacious and clean. Nice clean pools overlooking the white sandy beach. Plenty of pool chairs under shades. Amazing buffet for breakfast and lunch with a lot of different options (gluten free and vegan included) . For dinner, make sure you reserve your seats at one of the 5 restaurants onsite, or you can go to another one of the Barcelo resorts. They have a bus running every 10-15 min to take you around all the different resort facilities (mall, gym, spa, nightclub)....
