”I looked at the reviews before booking the room and really didn't believe the content. The first impression was the phone call that I made to the hotel to advise them that I would be checking in after 10pm. The phone rang, maybe 3 times -- it could have been 2 because it shocked me when there was a human answering the phone. ”Very worn out hotel with quite a low customer service. Reception was not eager to serve and no smile on sight! Location was nice and convenient. Even though rooms were cleaned daily, there was dust on the floors.”

”It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.”

”We stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast was very good. Shuttle to airport was every 30 minutes, you need to sign for it. If you need to get to Washington DC it's easy - take shuttle to airport, walk to train station for around 5 minutes, get on the train. Coming back get to airport, walk to shuttle pick up area, call hotel staff to find out when shuttle coming. The price is very reasonable with all the services included in the room. Will recommend for stay!”
