”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”Loved the location, but property is a bit dated. Also, I had an activity booked and no hotel staff showed up to lead it. When I called the front desk, they said they'd ask their activity lead if anyone was coming and text me back. 30 min later I got a text that so activities that day were cancelled. That's a big reason why the resort was so appealing and they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when I checked in and told them how excited I was for the activities (hula dancing, lei making,...

”For starters, my hostess Jean was really wonderful. She was very friendly, easy to contact with any issues that may have occurred. She gave me lots advice of things to do and and places to go in the area. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet underneath was a little sandy. I loved sitting out on the lanai under the the flora and the pool and hot tub were directly across from my room as well. My only issue was that I wish I had gotten a room with a larger refrigerator and a stove to cook on. ”
