”Check-in was easy, home was fun to stay and prepare our meals. At first we were concerned upon arrival as the home doesn’t have air conditioning. The home cooled down after opening windows & doors. Two fans, plus a ceiling fan kept us comfortable at night. There is a general store nearby which was helpful. Sunrise was beautiful and we enjoyed the walk to the beach from this home. Recommend staying here and thank you to our host and owner.”

”No regrets whatsoever. We spent eight nights at this home and woke up each morning to picture perfect views. The house had everything we needed for excellent beach days and quiet, comfortable private chill nights!. We toured a lot of different beaches while we were there but the beach right down the street from this home was perfect and calmer than most so our kids had a safe place to play. Warning to bring some water shoes with you as there are plenty of rocks out in the ocean, but plenty of...

”Just wonderful. Bananas and star fruit growing in the yard, amongst dozens of different flowers. You do have to share the premises with cows and geckos….fine by us! Big, open rooms, very old-beach style. Wonderful ocean views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom. A great visit.”

We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend it.I did a lot of research before booking, and the pictures and reviews of this rental are 100% accurate. When we arrived, we were greeted with the stunning view of the beach from the living room / lanai. Lindsay also started us off with a gift of Hawaiian coffee and chocolate macadamia nuts. ”We typically stay on the west side, but wanted to be close to where my son lives. We absolutely loved staying in Paia! We loved the local vibe, small town atmosphere, great views, and location of the house. The house was perfect for our needs with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and great lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and appeared to be recently updated. The beds were comfy. The living room was cozy and had great views as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here...

” Easy walk to good food and shopping. Beach front with expansive lawn and beautiful trees. House is comfortable with great AC and well equipped. Best part are the 10-20 turtles who appeared each nite after sunset to rest on the beach. Cordial prompt communication with management. Nice artwork in house and lots of bird watching. Grandkids had a great time. ”
