”Beautiful resort. Invested to the view. Food is average in all restaurants except French , Hoya 19 and on adult side one; better bar lounges on palace side. Bad organized all restaurants . Missing a lot of information for stay . Not so nice beach and missing umbrellas from the beach . Bars far alway from the beach . Flamingo on golf side ! Unfortunately the Premium level in accordance higher price do not get so much as could be. No alcohol to the rooms , no feeling any special:(”

”Property was nice, staff was nice they upgraded our room but the ac wasn’t blowing cool are that well and made some nights uncomfortable, Staff get orders wrong sometimes, and the phones in suite stopped working for 2 days, nonetheless the resort was beautiful and our butler was amazing, though it is small they know how to have fun! Food was good even though the limited dining options, and the resort is very secure and private. Perfect for couples and those who really want to get away.”

”Second time at this property and they made quite a few upgrades, such as the new coffee and ice cream shop. Our family came back because of the great food, hospitality and beautiful scenery. My only complaint would be the sales people's at the front desk that try to force a sales pitch breakfast meeting, they are extremely annoying if you even think about hearing what they have to say. Besides that, we had a great time.”

”The Hyatt Zilara was a great place to stay for an all inclusive vacation. Everything was nice, beautiful, and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent at every meal. The drinks were great, too! We worked out daily in the gym. It is a full, clean gym with many machines and dumbbells. It also has numerous treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. The only con is there wasn't much nighttime entertainment. ”

”The property was kept very clean and welcoming. The large property offered lots of beach areas, a variety of pools and bars which made a lot of people feel less crodwded. The emtertainment was very professional, as well as the variety of activitoes. Use of the app was helpfil and eaasy to see the schedule, make reservations, etc. I love the energy efficiency and green efforts 👌 The water in the room to take a shower didnt always get hot. ”
