”Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only glitch was the front desk staff. They suggested a breakfast place that was closed on the two days I was there. Then, although I had reserved the room for two nights (and had an email from them that confirmed the dates), they deactivated the room card key after the first night and said they were unclear if I wanted my two days to be contiguous!?!?”

”The breakfast service is dreadful - they provide it as room service but it’s too slow - my breakfast took 1-1/2 hours to deliver. They need a different system. There’s no recycling in the room and the coffee maker takes pods which are not environmentally good. ”

”Located right next to a freeway. However, that wasn’t the problem. They gave us a room which adjoined another room with a steel door. They came in late waking us up. We could hear their entire conversations, every cough they made in the night, every time they went into the bathroom, etc. it was terrible. Hotel staff should warn guests if they’re given an adjoining room that they won’t get any sleep. Never again for us!”
