”Nice airport hotel, almost doesn't feel like one. Room was very nice, big and spotlessly clean (at least to the naked eye), and the the staff were great even though they know you're probably only staying one night. I couldn't say the same for some other airport hotels I've stayed in.”
”It's not new place and overall it looks quite fine. However via hotels.com we had a marking in our room that it includes AC. It definitely didn't. It was extremely hot. There's some towel heater in the toilet that can't be turned off at all. Toilet is constant +30-35C during summer days. In the room you can only open your window by few inches.

”Very nice and modern hotel in the centre of Newcastle with everything on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was spotless. The breakfast option was tasty and plentiful and the dining area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have Worcestershire sauce as an option, it would have made all the difference!

- The biggest negative comes from the very stinking room. Even though the air conditioning was effective you can't air the room as windows don't open. All the clothes smell really bad now
- The bed very noisy and uncomfortable. Anytime anyone moved in the bed it made a loud noise, woke up for that several times in the night, also had very uncomfortable pillows.
