”I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me...

”Olin 3 yötä hotellissa ja huone ei koska siivottu, pyysi siivoojalta huone siivous ja roskat pois, myös hotelli infossa ilmoitin että huone pitää siivottaa,ei koska viety roskat eikä huone siivottu, 5 tähden hotelli palvelut oli surkeä. eikä tuotu vesipulloa, hotelli ympärillä kadulla oli paljon roskat ja huono ilmanlaatu. kylpyhuone oli liikainen ja huono kunto.ainoa täyden piste aamiainen oli hyvää. ”
