Lomakeskukset – Etelä-Amerikka

A comida do hotel nao tinha sabor. Precisa urgentemente...

”Hotel Portalo is at the entrance of the town and makes all easy for arriving and leaving. The place is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Facilities, swimming pools, communal areas are great, with a stunning sea view all around. Our room, was really comfortable and with the most beautiful sea views. Birds singing in the morning, all great. Delicious breakfast too, with so many options of cold and hot Brazilian food.”

”Tudo perfeito! Quarto limpíssimo! Equipe maravilhosa! Piscinas impecáveis! E a culinária! Sensacional!!!”

”Uma boa estadia!”

”The property is very nice, located practically in the jungle. The breakfast is varied and abundant and staff is very kind and helpful. Property is well kept but it needs updating a bit.”

Saludos”

”We got 2 rooms booked and my family and I were very happy with the staff. The rooms were very clean and looked new. The only negative comment was that my boyfriend had a knee surgery and it was hard for him to get in and out of the bathtub. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose and a section that offers healthy alternatives. We had a good experience staying at this hotel and we’ll definitely come back.”

”The hotel is very good, amenities, and food also very good. The weak point is customer service and maintenance. It took 24 hrs for maintenance to respond to a request for an AC problem. When I was at the front desk complaining another 2 families also had complaints ( one of them with little kid)”

”Tudo maravilhoso, e recomendo muito. Pretendemos voltar mais vezes”

”Lugar incrível, lindo, aconchegante, quarto espaçoso, atendimento maravilhoso, ótima estrutura.”
