”Check in process was terrible. We ran into issues with payments, however the man checking us in once we got to our room he called the room and said they weren’t bringing our bags we had to go get them from lobby then stated they didn’t charge us correctly his exact words “all I know you owe 380.00” very rude on the phone. Worst experience only nice person was Tony. Kids show we all felt like we were sitting in the dark. Buffet was dark, food was the same every day. Food was maybe a 1star....

”Great people, decent foods, but it’s not a 4*, maybe 2.5* The room is small, old and smelly even the hall way. Guest restrooms are so nasty…!! Cheaper than most for all inclusive. But could be a lot cheaper for the whole experience. ”

Henkilökunta paikoin ystävällistä, mutta tippirahaa kannattaa varata mukaan paremman palvelun takaamiseksi... Oma concierge aivan huippu, meillä loistava Derlin joka auttoi aivan kaikessa! ”

”At check-in they gave us plastic bracelets for our room keys. They made us sign that there would be a US$150 charge for lost bracelets. I didn’t realize how flimsy they were. The ones we received broke easily. The beach had large waves every day so one broke off in the ocean. I was surprised at how insistent they were on the charge. When I had asked for card keys instead they told me those didn’t work in the building our room was in. Feels like a trap. ”

”Don’t go to the spa. They don’t know what they’re doing. I went for a massage and she cracked my back like a chiropractor. I told my chiropractor and he said she could’ve damaged my back because she’s not trained to do that. The spa is overpriced and you feel like you’re on a time clock to rush out of there.”

”Resort was very clean and they really kept up with the landscaping. The beach was absolutely stunning! The resort had so much to do you were never bored. Food was average but still one of my favorite resorts I have visited. Will definitely be coming back :)”

”The resort did not match the pictures online at all. It was much smaller than expected—honestly one of the smallest resorts I’ve stayed at. While the staff was generally okay and did their jobs, the overall atmosphere felt somewhat unwelcoming. The service wasn’t terrible, but the friendliness and hospitality you usually expect at a resort just weren’t really there. Overall, the experience didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by the photos and description. ”

”Overall i give this a solid 4 star. The beach and location were 5 star but food was just so so and like most all inclusive the alcohol was bottom shelf. The buffets didn’t have a ton of selection but rather the same foods over and over in different sections. The sit down restaurants were actually pretty good. We love the Italian(not referring to the pizza place Focacia) along with the Indian cuisine was really good. They also have a Cafe that does espresso that was great and they had awesome...

”I loved my stay here. I went solo and felt safe the entirety of my stay. The staff was lovely and the entertainment staff made a real effort are making connections with guests and making the experience enjoyable. The bar staff was excellent and drinks were good. The beach was perfect right off the resort. Hibachi restaurant was delicious. My room was very clean and house cleaners came each day. Very pretty resort. I would recommend! ”

”I had a great experience staying here. The decor was beautiful and gave the hotel a really welcoming feel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. The food options were very good, with plenty of variety, and everything I tried was satisfying.
