Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldnât stay as the owner had not been ...

Five Volcanoes went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The staff is super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I couldnât recommend it higher to anyone in the area to experience the amazing natural sites in the area.
