”Great location. Good-sized room for NYC. When we checked in, they gave us reusable water bottles and had a wonderful flavored water station where we could fill them. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”The hotel has 4* rating but is far from that. Room was quiet worn out, Wi-Fi unreliable and no restaurant on premises. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. ”

”Great place near everything”

”The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it.”

”Sijainti on loistava ja huoneeseen ei kuulunut liikenteen meteliä. Palvelu oli hyvää etenkin lähtöpäivänä respan Joey auttoi meitä paljon. Varasimme isomman huoneen, näkymä oli vastapäisiin paloportaisiin ja verhoja ei voinut pitää auki ollenkaan. Siivouksen sai laittamalla lapun ovenkahvaan. Lattian siivous ei ollut parasta mahdollista. Muutoin hotelli oli sijainniltaan ja muutoinkin todella hyvä.”

”It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.”

”My stay was fine but my room was not cleaned even though I had a request on the door. Also I ordered coffee and a muffin in the morning from the in house cafe and the muffin was so stale I couldn’t finish it. ”
