”We had a very enjoyable stay, and one of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were absolutely brilliant. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really contributed to making our experience so pleasant. The evening meal was another standout. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully prepared and full of flavour, and was certainly one of the highlights of our stay. The stargazing experience is also well worth doing and was a truly memorable part of our stay....

”I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. A complaint to the manager resulted in changing our room to one with twin beds the same night. So it was possible but they couldnt...
