”Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. ”My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

”The front deck service needs to be improved. Overall great place but front deck service is from 3 star hotel. They promise just to make you feel they do something but totally ignore your request ”

”Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing. Saying that we arrived at 8am and they accommodated us sttaight away with our room. So all good. Breakfast was very nice spacious and a good variety with staff teady to help. ”
