"I REFUSED to check in that terrible offered “room that I booked through Expedia, a room package with airfare. When I arrived after long and exhausting flights, I was offered a “Cabin room” which is a room with no windows, not even one, not even a tiny one

Average hotel, needs improvements
"Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless ..."
