”This is a great cozy property right on the Napili beach. You can literally throw a rock in the ocean from the balcony. Ocean is so close that you will not miss a swimming pool. The services were excellent. Rooms were very clean. All amenities were provided in the room to cook if you prefer to do so. I'll happily go back again. ”

”This was our 6th consecutive year staying in Napili and this is the overall best complex and unit we’ve stayed in. Booked exact unit next year as well. Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away.”

”The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location with easy access to great walkable dining and snorkeling at Honolua Bay. I came for a medical conference and was very glad I was not staying at one of the big hotel resorts. The washer, dryer and kitchen were great and the ocean view from the lanai is even better than the pictures. We are already planning our trip back and would love to book this condo again. ”

”We absolutely loved the grounds at Polynesian Shores! You can’t beat the view from the lawn and pool. Absolutely breathtaking! Our unit was well equipped and clean, and the location of the property was well situated. The beach in front doesn’t allow for swimming, but swimmable beaches were just a short drive away. There are also some within walking distance as well. We will definitely recommend this property to others!”

”Hotelli oli hieno. Asuimme merinäköalahuoneistossa Keaka 2 rakennuksessa, joten hoidimne aamiaisen itse. Kaikki toimi hyvin ja käytimme pesulaakin. Ravintola Beach house oli pettymys. Palvelu ei ollut kohdallaan. Mutta ympäristöstä löytyi muita vaihtoehtoja. Golf kenttä Kapalua Bay kävelymatkan päässä. Siellä hyvä ravintola. Loistava ravintola löytyy Plantation kentältä. ”

Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend.”

Facility and service falling apart
"A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
