The friendliness and service were top at this hotel. Our room for 4 people was wonderful, stylish and it was wonderfully quiet to sleep there. The location in the heart of Rome was great. It was easy to walk in every direction (30 minutes to each attraction).
The room was not completely spotless, but the overall appearance was very clean.
It was a plus that we could open the window so we could ventilate the room of the humidity that the heating did not remove.
The hotel had its own "water bar" where you could fill your drink bottles (or the glass bottles provided by the hotel) and if you wanted, take some ice.
The extra bed on the sofa was not comfortable. We would have liked a mattress pad or blanket for the hard and slippery leather sofa, (there was just a sheet).

Aivan huippu hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Hotellilta on lyhyt kävelymatka esim. Fontana di Treville ja Espanjalaisille portaille.Henkilökunta hotellissa oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone oli tyylikäs, viihtyisä ja erittäin siisti. Hotellin kattoterassilta on upeat näkymät yli Rooman. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Söimme hotellin ravintolassa lammasta, joka oli todella hyvää. Palvelu ravintolassa oli ensiluokkaista.

"No value for money. The toilet has no door, the water is dirty, the cottage glass walls are broken, and electricity is switched off at night after 10 pm. You have to beg the staff to run a generator just to get warm water, and there are cobwebs on the ceiling. The only positives are the stunning ..."

"The food was horrible if you are not a fish eater you could go with out food. Warning the chicken curry is full of bones broken and sharp.
